How to play Turbo Kart Rally

Turbo Kart Rally is a fast arcade racer with a 3D-style road that twists left and right and rolls over hills. Five rival karts line up with you, and the race lasts three laps. After the countdown your kart accelerates by itself, so all you need to do is steer, which makes it easy for younger players to join in.

Steer with the left and right arrow keys or A and D, or tap the ◀ and ▶ buttons. On a touch screen you can also press the left or right half of the track. Press the down arrow, S or the Brake button to slow down. Curves push your kart toward the outside, so steer into them early.

Driving on the grass slows you down, and hitting a roadside tree or sign almost stops you. Bumping into a rival from behind also costs speed. Bright yellow boost strips on the road give a short burst of extra speed, so line up for them. The counters show your lap, your race position and your time. Your score is your finishing time in seconds, and your finishing place is shown too.

Take the inside line of each bend and save braking for the tightest curves to set your best time.
